The statutory goals of the Foundation are as follows:
1. to initiate, support, and coordinate any and all activities intended to protect mental health and develop infrastructure and research projects associated with mental health, and in particular:
2. to assist in the efficient and effective flow of information and materials associated with mental health to health care professionals and society at large;
3. to assist in making contacts among sponsors, organizers, and participants in activities related to mental health;
4. to provide professional and financial consulting and oversight for centers involved in systemic and structural transformations in respect to mental health;
5. to disseminate - up-to-date, safe, and effective treatment methods; - knowledge on the topic of mental illness; - models of health mental functioning; - modern management systems for structures involved in mental health;
6. to cooperate with specialized firms associated with the treatment of mental illness, preventive mental health care, and research on the causes of mental illness and treatment methods;
7. to organize and co-organize the creation of material infrastructure associated with mental health and its structural transformations in compliance with world standards;
8. to fund prizes for services rendered in the mental health promotion, research and organizational achievements in the field of mental health, and to fund scholarships and fellowships for persons cooperating with the Foundation or supporting its activities.
9. The Foundation may undertake business activities to increase the financial resources available for the realization of its statutory goals, and may participate in other business ventures.
